Atlantic Sea Kayaking will confirm your booking on receipt of the completed
booking form together with a 50% deposit of the tour cost . To assure your
place on our tours, full payment is recommended at least 2 weeks in advance of
the tour start date. CANCELLATION:
Cancellations up to three weeks before the date of the first day of your tour
will receive a full refund. Cancellations within two weeks will receive a 50%
refund and within one week will receive no refund at all. WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS:
Storms and strong winds are safety concerns. Kayaking in these conditions is
very fatiguing and increases the likelihood of an accident occurring. We will
work with your group to identify acceptable alternate activities, or cancel
tours and fully refund deposits/payments when conditions are deemed unsafe. LIABILITY:
No prior experience is needed for any of our tours, however, all are outdoor
physical activities that call for a basic fitness level, good judgment and an
open mind towards others. Clients participate at their own risk and will be
required to sign a liability waiver for personal responsibility. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Atlantic
Sea Kayaking accepts VISA, MC, money orders, certified cheques and cash. AGREEMENT: I agree to abide by such regulations as
Atlantic Sea Kayaking or its representatives may consider advisable to make in
order to secure the safety and comfort of those taking part in the tour. I
understand that no agents or employees are under any liability in respect of
personal injury, loss or damage arising out of the facilities unless such
personal injury, loss or damage is a result of a negligent act of Atlantic Sea
Kayaking, its agents or employees. Clients of Atlantic Sea Kayaking are
